This beautiful sun room was the dream of the homeowners who lived in a golf course community. I was recommended by a local realtor and I was able to make their dream come true. We took a section of the existing deck and started off by leveling it up to the existing house floor level, from there we built a sun room off the kitchen tied to the house. The finish of the sun room flowed from the kitchen as if it were built with the original house. We were able to tie into the existing hardwoods and match the stain. All the other finishes were installed to match the existing house. The sun room turned out so well that the homeowners had me remove the remainder of the decking boards and the handrail on what was left of the deck and install TREX decking and handrail. We finished the project by extending their parking pad with concrete and building a privacy fence.
