Shore Line Drive is a beautiful house that overlooks the sound at Topsail Beach, NC. The house sustained extensive damage from hurricane Matthew. The homeowner hired Jancuska Construction to completely renovate their entire house.
We started by removing all the cabinets, drywall, insulation, flooring and bathrooms in their entirety. We moved some walls around and re-wired and re-plumbed the entire house. HVAC was updated but not completely replaced. Spray foam insulation was installed throughout the entire house (walls and roof deck in the attic) then we put it all back together. Tongue and grove was installed on the ceiling in the family room and kitchen. Ship lap was installed in the foyer and hallway. Complete new kitchen and bathrooms with extensive tile work. Hardwoods were installed throughout the entire house and painted.
